Issues explored include the development of nuclear energy, the proliferation of nuclear and conventional weapons delivery systems, and the development of strategic systems. The book also proposes recommendations for the parties involved. The volume is aimed at specialists in international relations and security, nuclear nonproliferation, modern weapons systems and other fields, as well as at the broader public.
