The latest issue of Pro et Contra, focusing on “The Crisis as a Point of Departure,” is ready for publication. The economic crisis has not yet brought about any substantial change to the way the state is run or to the existing political system, in Russia, but it has provoked some serious reflection. The issue’s authors analyze Russia’s development over these last years, and several of them conclude that change is inevitable.
